Founded in 1981, the enterprise is a leading domestic and world-renowned global cultural and creative technology industrial group. Its business covers full scenarios including office, study, home furnishing, smart devices, tools and furniture. Boasting a comprehensive R&D system, seven intelligent manufacturing bases and strong core technological capabilities, it has a nationwide sales network. Its products are exported to more than 140 countries and regions worldwide, making it a benchmark enterprise for Chinese manufacturing going global.
2. Pain Point Analysis
Against the rapid business expansion of the group, the scale of equipment in the data center keeps growing. The traditional operation and maintenance (O&M) model can no longer meet the requirements for efficient, stable and secure operations. The core pain points are as follows:
- Backward asset management: Relying on manual Excel ledgers leads to delayed updates, low data accuracy and heavy repetitive work. Manual maintenance takes over 100 person-days every year.
- Fragmented monitoring: The enterprise uses native tools from different vendors and open-source software, with no centralized alarm system or unified management dashboard. Failures are only detected through manual inspections, resulting in long response cycles.
- Low O&M efficiency: Staff need to switch between multiple systems for troubleshooting, and alarms cannot be analyzed collaboratively. Manual inspection of a single application system takes 40 to 60 minutes, leading to extremely low efficiency.
- Invisible and uncontrollable data: There is no unified collection of performance, correlation and version data, which poses risks to the stable operation of business systems.
Part 2 Lewei Solutions
01. Overall Architecture
The platform adopts a unified architectural design, with a flexible workflow engine and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) at the underlying layer. Supported by relational databases, it delivers high performance and stability. Built in a hierarchical and modular structure, all modules feature low coupling and high cohesion.
It implements a three-level permission control system of Organization – Role – User, and is compatible with multiple authentication protocols such as AD and LDAP. Equipped with open standard integration interfaces, it can seamlessly connect with mainstream monitoring platforms. The system features a fully Chinese graphical interface for simple and easy operation.

02. Project Achievements
A total of over 800 devices and resources are put under monitoring, and more than 26,022 asset items are managed, covering servers, virtual machines, network devices, cloud resources, databases, dedicated lines, cabinets and all other types of IT assets.

1. Full-scenario Infrastructure Monitoring
It provides full-coverage monitoring for servers, storage, network facilities, virtualization and cloud platforms. Performance, status and capacity metrics are collected in real time to proactively warn of potential risks.

2. Full Lifecycle Asset Management
- A total of 50 asset models are established, covering computer room facilities, basic infrastructure, platform resources, business resources, organizational personnel and more.
- The system regularly collects, updates and verifies asset information, and optimizes data dynamically via intelligent algorithms to ensure real-time, accurate and available asset data.
- Automatic discovery and real-time data refresh are realized for cloud platforms, virtualization, containers, domain names, service processes, user accounts and other resources. For other assets connected to monitoring systems, the automatic data refresh rate exceeds 70%. Compared with manual maintenance in the past, the overall maintenance cost is greatly reduced.

3. Unified Authentication & Security Connection
The system can connect to the enterprise’s unified authentication platform via standard Single Sign-On (SSO) protocol, enabling seamless identity authentication and permission management. Multi-dimensional identity authentication mechanisms are applied to guarantee system security while optimizing user experience, and support in-depth integration with the enterprise’s existing user system.

4. Automated User Permission Management
It supports seamless connection with the WeCom user system. Roles and permissions are assigned automatically to realize intelligent permission management. Users are automatically classified into corresponding permission groups based on the enterprise organizational structure, ensuring flexible and secure permission control.
5. Intelligent Inspection
The platform supports automated rapid inspection, intelligent analysis and anomaly detection on monitoring data. Visual inspection reports can be generated and exported. The adoption of intelligent inspection schemes greatly improves inspection efficiency and accuracy.

6. Visual Dashboard
It enables one-stop visualization of computer room status, business operations, asset information and alarm alerts.
