Case: Foreign-funded Auto Firm’s O&M Platform Build in China
PART 01 Project Background
01 Customer Profile
The customer in this case is a foreign-funded automotive system enterprise in China, specializing in the manufacturing of a specific type of automotive parts.
02 Pain Point Analysis
As a foreign-funded enterprise that has deeply rooted in the Chinese market for more than 20 years, the customer has always been driven by technological innovation, continuously consolidating the stability foundation of its information system, and building cutting-edge competitiveness for the future.
In the current context of the accelerated evolution of the digital wave, facing the operation and maintenance challenges brought by the rapid update of information technology, the customer has begun to promote the strategic upgrading of its operation and maintenance system. It will eliminate the original and gradually outdated monitoring system and build a new operation and maintenance system integrating intelligent algorithms and dynamic perception capabilities, so as to realize the full-lifecycle visual management and intelligent early warning response of IT resources.
PART 02 Lerwee Solution
Lerwee has tailored a one-stop operation and maintenance management solution covering both hardware and software for the customer, and meticulously built a full-stack operation and maintenance management platform. This platform deeply integrates the full-stack monitoring capabilities of hosts, network devices, databases, middleware, application systems, business systems, storage devices, virtualized environments, etc., and constructs an intelligent monitoring system covering the entire link of IT infrastructure, providing solid support for the stable operation and efficient management of the customer’s digital system.

01 Technical Architecture Design
Considering that the customer’s overall IT resource scale is not large, Lerwee specially adopted a single-machine multi-agent architecture design to realize the unified and centralized management of the IT infrastructure through a lightweight deployment mode. This solution can accurately meet the enterprise’s core needs such as real-time monitoring of device status, fault early warning, and performance optimization. Through a unified PG database architecture, it ensures the efficiency of data storage and consistency of management, laying a solid foundation for the system’s performance stability and data integrity from the bottom layer.
The platform also integrates multiple authentication methods such as AD and LDAP, and is equipped with standardized external integration interfaces, which can achieve seamless connection with mainstream monitoring and operation and maintenance platforms, fully adapting to the enterprise’s diverse operation and maintenance management scenarios. In terms of permission control, the platform adopts a three-level management model of organization, role, and user. Through a refined role permission control system, it realizes the precise management of permission allocation, providing strong support for enterprises to build a safe and controllable operation and maintenance management system.
02 Functional Features and Highlights
Based on the customer’s actual business scenario needs, Lerwee has customized and developed a personalized visual large-screen system for the project. Through an intuitive graphical interactive interface, enterprise operation and maintenance personnel can gain real-time insight into the operating status of core IT components such as servers, network devices, and storage resources, and realize the panoramic monitoring and dynamic management of IT resources through data visualization.
In terms of localized adaptation, the platform is deeply integrated with the domestic technology system, completing the underlying deployment based on the Euler operating system, and adopting the PG database to build a data storage and management architecture. It fully complies with the requirements of the national Information Technology Application Innovation policy, laying a solid technical compliance foundation for the enterprise’s digital transformation.
In addition, Lerwee has customized and developed characteristic functional modules such as terminal positioning, patch management, and process orchestration for the customer’s differentiated operation and maintenance scenarios:
- Terminal Positioning Module: It quickly locates the physical location of faulty devices through an intelligent positioning algorithm, reducing the traditional fault detection time by more than 60% and significantly improving the operation and maintenance response efficiency.
- Patch Management Module: It builds an automated patch lifecycle management system, supporting batch deployment, version comparison, and risk early warning, ensuring that the security baseline of the device system continuously meets the standards.

Process Orchestration Module: It realizes the automated reconstruction of operation and maintenance processes based on a low-code engine. In typical scenarios, it can reduce manual operations by 70%, effectively reducing the rate of human errors and improving the standardization of process execution.

This set of solutions, through the in-depth combination of technical localization and functional customization, fully covers the enterprise’s full-scenario needs from basic monitoring to high-level operation and maintenance, creating a digital operation and maintenance system with both compliance and efficiency for the customer.
PART 03 Project Achievements: Intelligent Upgrade of Operation and Maintenance Management
The successful implementation of this project has created significant value-added benefits for the customer. Through the in-depth application of the full-dimensional operation and maintenance monitoring platform, real-time visual management and control of IT device status have been realized, the device failure rate has been significantly reduced, and the continuous operation stability of the business system has been improved.
In terms of operation and maintenance management, the system enables the operation and maintenance team to achieve a model upgrade from “passive fault handling” to “active data-driven”, and comprehensively build a modern operation and maintenance management system that is efficient, intelligent, and secure.
01 Improvement of Monitoring Coverage and Accuracy
During the project implementation process, Lerwee Monitoring took the integrity of the monitoring system and data reliability as the core goals, and achieved a dual index improvement through multi-dimensional technical optimization:
- Construction of Full-Dimensional Coverage Capability: Continuously iterate the monitoring index system and strategy model, and automatically scan the IT resource topology based on the intelligent discovery engine to realize full coverage of monitoring objects for core components such as hosts, networks, and databases.
- Intelligent Data Verification System: Integrate machine learning algorithms and real-time data analysis technologies to dynamically calibrate key indicators such as CPU load and disk IO, and improve the accuracy of monitoring data through abnormal value filtering and multi-source data cross-validation mechanisms.
- Preventive Fault Management: Rely on the real-time analysis engine to perform second-level analysis of monitoring data, build a fault prediction model based on historical baselines, and identify potential risks in advance.
02 Improvement of Operation and Maintenance Management Efficiency
The introduction of automated operation and maintenance capabilities has greatly improved the efficiency of the customer’s operation and maintenance management. Through the application of characteristic modules such as terminal positioning, patch management, and process orchestration, the operation and maintenance team can quickly locate faulty devices, automatically deploy patches, and execute standardized operation and maintenance processes, reducing the workload and error rate of manual operations. Operation and maintenance personnel can be freed from tedious daily operation and maintenance work, and invest more energy in system optimization and innovation, enhancing the overall value of the operation and maintenance team.
Summary
In the future, with the continuous development of digital technology and the continuous innovation of enterprise business, Lerwee will continue to explore more application scenarios of intelligent operation and maintenance management, escort the digital transformation of enterprises, and jointly create a better future.
