01. Customer Profile
The client company is a holding subsidiary of Aerospace Information Co., Ltd. It is a national high-tech enterprise mainly engaged in information technology, products, and services. It has strong information technology capabilities and has undertaken the construction, promotion, and maintenance of multiple key engineering projects in Anhui Province, including the Golden Tax Project, Golden Shield Project, Internet of Things, food and drug safety, education informatization, cultural sharing, e-government, smart city projects, etc.
02. Pain point analysis
As an information technology high-tech enterprise, in the process of digital transformation and upgrading, the client company has attempted to build an operation and maintenance monitoring platform based on native Zabbix, in order to real-time grasp the overall business environment system status and the overall environment status. However, in the actual application process, the expected effect was not achieved.
1. In terms of data collection, the client enterprise attempts to achieve second level monitoring of virtualization platform vCenter, network devices, etc. in terms of network speed, device status, port packet sending, error packet collection time, etc., and provides real-time notification of the resource usage and platform events of the virtualization platform;
2. The customer hopes to create a more intelligent network topology, automatically generate network topology, facilitate quick grasp of resource relationships, achieve fast fault location and fault impact analysis, etc., but native Zabbix does not support this function;
3. The client company hopes to establish more connections between the operation and maintenance monitoring system and the business system, providing more business service capabilities. However, native Zabbix also does not have this feature;
4.In addition, the client company also hopes to integrate real-time data and display the current overall business system status on the screen in the information hall.

Faced with a large number of monitoring nodes, the LeWei intelligent monitoring platform adopts a distributed architecture, collecting data in a one master, multiple slave manner, reconstructing the required collection environment for virtualization, databases, etc., successfully solving the performance bottleneck problem of customer data collection, and achieving second level monitoring of network speed, device status, port packet sending, error packet collection time, and other aspects.
02. Alarm integration, unified management
In terms of alarms, a dedicated platform for customers has been integrated. With simple configuration, corresponding monitoring information can be sent to different personnel. The combination of SMS and sound pop-up alarm methods allows maintenance personnel to receive detailed alarm push information in a timely manner, reducing the time for troubleshooting problems.
03. Intelligent Network Topology
Lewei Monitoring Network Topology Capability starts from a global management perspective and supports automatic discovery of network devices, servers, storage, and generation of network topology maps. The network topology plays a strong supporting role in fault location and impact analysis. With the help of LeWei's monitoring network topology automatic discovery capability, the problem of large customer scale resource devices being unable to be quickly added to the network topology can be solved. At the same time, the LeWei monitoring network topology also supports drilling down to the physical access network, multi-level management, and provides various custom configuration operations; Support the use of bandwidth utilization, trend traffic, alarm flashing, and other indicators to indicate anomalies in each network resource, enabling rapid localization of network failures and helping operations personnel quickly grasp the global network operation status.

04. Linkage Business, Featured Business Services
Business services manage IT resources from a business perspective, providing innovative concept modules such as business views, business topologies, business screens, and business inspections for business management. This enables managers to understand the support for business from a macro perspective and grasp the overall health level of the business. By surveying the global business data dashboard, real-time perception of the business is achieved, and with the construction of business topology and data call relationships, the impact range of abnormal devices is accurately located.


05. Accessibility data, template migration
Migrating and importing data and template information from other platforms has always been a pain point and difficulty in replacing monitoring systems, and this happens to be one of the advantages of LeWei Monitoring. The indicator system and monitoring templates of LeWei Monitoring have excellent compatibility and adaptability with native Zabbix. It can directly import monitoring object information from the client's previously built native Zabbix platform, connect with the original platform data, adjust the indicators and triggers of the collection template, and adapt to the current environment.
06. Visualization support
Prior to this project, the client already had their own visual large screen. For this purpose, the new project needs to integrate the data collected by LeWei Monitoring and connect it to the corresponding large screen. Without damaging the original large screen display structure, the LeWei solution customizes API interfaces for monitoring and data collection pages, providing real-time data updates for customers' large screen displays.
