To empower partners across Chinese mainland, Hong Kong and Macao to strengthen their digital O&M delivery capabilities, the two-day closed-door intensive training of Lerwee’s first Huangpu Session for LCS Intermediate Certification, hosted by Lerwee, has come to a successful end. Rooted in Lerwee self-developed Lerwee O&M Agent 8.0 product ecosystem, this training delivers original manufacturer’s hands-on teaching to fuel partner growth. Participants from Chinese mainland, Hong Kong and Macao gathered on-site to learn and progress together.

The training kicked off with an opening speech by Ding, Founder of Lerwee. Drawing on years of in-depth industry experience, he shared Lerwee’s core three-pronged sales methodology, breaking down practical client-oriented strategies from three dimensions: extracting product value, delivering scenario-based solutions, and establishing logical client communication. He also reiterated Lerwee’s development philosophy as an original R&D vendor: Lerwee firmly adheres to a community and partner-centric approach, with partners serving as the cornerstone of its growth. The launch of Lerwee certification system aims to fully share the company’s native product expertise, project implementation experience and market sales methodologies with all partners without reservation.

Next, Mr. Chen from Lerwee Academy took the stage to launch the professional curriculum for this LCS Intermediate Certification. As the lead instructor of the intensive training, he delivered step-by-step lectures covering platform overview, asset discovery, monitoring and alerting, CMDB, CoT intelligent scenarios, business management and live product scenario demonstrations. Moving beyond empty theoretical lectures, the training adopted a hybrid teaching model featuring in-depth native product theory sessions, hands-on lab practices and one-on-one tutoring from teaching assistants. Participants completed full practical drills for real implementation scenarios including automatic asset discovery, closed-loop alert management, business topology construction and product demo presentations.

Throughout the sessions, participants broke geographical barriers. They carefully practiced platform configuration operations while exchanging in-depth discussions on implementation hurdles and client communication challenges encountered in their own projects. During breaks, attendees shared project cases and exchanged market insights, fostering profound friendships alongside professional learning. Over the two-day intensive bootcamp, participants gradually mastered product functions and key implementation points, progressing from understanding the platform architecture to independently completing full-scenario configurations. A closed-book on-site exam was held at the end of the course to assess learning outcomes.

At the closing ceremony, certificates of honor were awarded to outstanding individuals and teams, while feedback and suggestions on curriculum and product optimization were collected from all partners. All attendees not only mastered hands-on operation skills for Lerwee O&M Agent, standardized product demonstration workflows and client communication frameworks, but also built long-term channels for mutual technical support and communication.
