1. Full-Stack IT Asset Management & Control Capability, Enabling “Comprehensive Coverage” of O&M Monitoring

Faced with the client’s large and diverse IT asset ecosystem, Lerwee Monitoring demonstrated robust full-dimensional management and control capabilities, realizing comprehensive inventory and centralized management of all types of software and hardware equipment, eliminating monitoring blind spots, and laying a solid foundation for subsequent O&M work.

At the host monitoring layer, Lerwee Monitoring provides centralized monitoring for multiple systems including RedHat, Windows, AIX, and HMC. Tailored monitoring solutions are offered based on the characteristics of different systems. For example, it accurately monitors AIX small machine LPAR information, JFS file systems, errpt log data, and LVM information, while also covering HMC data resource management, firewall status, and application service monitoring, ensuring full visibility and controllability of host operating status.

In terms of network device monitoring, it supports management and monitoring of mainstream brands such as H3C, Huawei, and F5. For instance, it not only monitors key F5 metrics including tier division, active-standby status, configuration synchronization, active connection count, and pool status, but also enables SDN-spine and SDN-leaf monitoring, completes syslog docking of network devices, and displays daily inspection reports. In addition, through various link detection methods such as NQA and SQA, as well as login interaction detection, it fully captures network link connectivity, speed, packet loss rate, and utilization rate, ensuring stable network operation.

Lerwee Monitoring also excels in virtualization, database, middleware, storage, and server storage monitoring:

• Virtualization monitoring covers platforms like FusionComputer and WinHong Virtualization, tracking the status of clusters, management consoles, storage devices, hosts, and virtual machines, while enabling platform alarm docking and resource correlation status monitoring.
• Database monitoring supports types such as Dameng, GaussDB, TDSQL, and Credis, with capabilities to track SQL ranking, redo log status, database DataGuard status, and log synchronization progress.
• Middleware monitoring includes Nginx, RabbitMQ, and Tomcat, providing real-time visibility into console data collection, connection count, health status, thread pool status, and server status.
• Storage monitoring utilizes specialized tools for data query of MacroSAN storage and AISHU backup software.

The intelligent O&M inspection report function supports customized inspection cycles and time points, enabling daily checks on key metrics such as CPU usage rate, memory usage rate, interface receive/transmit traffic, fan speed, computer room temperature, and computer room backup lighting. After the inspection is completed, the system automatically generates reports and sends them to the designated personnel’s email inboxes, greatly saving manual inspection time, improving O&M efficiency, and transforming O&M work from “passive response” to “proactive prevention”.
